Help with Fit Finder

A guide to the iOS and Android app. Follow the status in your current session: available controls depend on your build, account and service access.

How do I search with a photo?

Open Find and choose a photo, or use the camera when that option is offered. Frame the piece and prepare a crop preview on your device. Check the preview before continuing.

In the connected search flow, Continue with this photo uploads the prepared crop. It does not start the search. Next, review the processing permission and the providers shown in the app, confirm the required choices, then choose to start the search. Camera or photo-library permission is separate from this processing permission.

Changing or clearing the preview does not replace or remove an earlier upload. Follow the current search’s reset and review controls before uploading a new crop. Use the uploaded-photo controls in your session to check or remove retained uploads.

Why are some result details unknown?

Results show what was found at the recorded time. A similar piece is not a guaranteed match. An unknown price, size, stock or delivery detail has not been confirmed; check the retailer before buying. Refreshing a result can check its latest search status, but does not guarantee a current retailer price or availability.

Sample pieces are fictional. Replay results are labelled and do not represent a live match to your photo. Check those labels before treating a result as a connected search observation.

Choose the result’s retailer-link review action. Read the destination host, exact address and disclosure displayed for that item, then choose Open retailer website to leave the app. Reviewing alone does not open a website.

If the review expires, review the link again before opening it. If the destination is unavailable, or your account or selected item changes, use the current item’s controls. A retailer opening does not confirm its current price, stock or delivery.

Where did my saved piece go?

Removing a device snapshot and removing an account saved item are separate actions. Saving an observation does not automatically enable item checks, notifications or sharing. If a save is unconfirmed, check its status before confirming another change.

What if I leave or a request is unconfirmed?

Return to Find and check the current search. Use search history to load an earlier search and check its status. Under Earlier search requests, Show earlier requests loads recovery records kept on this device; choose the relevant confirmation check.

An interrupted search or retry may still have reached the service. Confirmation checks read its outcome without sending it again. Follow any retry wait shown in the app. Leaving the screen, stopping waiting or changing a photo does not establish that a search was cancelled or that allowance was returned.

How do I sign in or check search access?

Open You and review Account and privacy controls. Choose Sign in and use an offered method. If an account action is unconfirmed, choose Check account status before trying it again.

Use Check search access to read your current allowance. Having an account alone does not confirm search access. If search is paused while account deletion is pending or its status cannot be confirmed, review the deletion status in You before continuing.

How do I check or restore a purchase?

When store controls are offered in You, use Check purchase status after an interrupted or pending purchase. Wait for confirmation before buying again. Restore purchases checks existing purchases for your store account; it does not buy another option. Use Connect purchases first if that control is shown.

Review the store’s displayed option and price before confirming a purchase. Manage subscriptions and refund requests through the store that charged you. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription or issue a refund.

How do I review account deletion?

In You, choose Review account deletion. Read the account and data details, complete any required identity checks, and use the separate final confirmation to request deletion. Check the status shown afterwards; an unconfirmed request is not proof that your account has been deleted.

A pending request offers cancellation only while the app shows it is cancellable. Photos are withdrawn and running searches are stopped when deletion is requested. Cancelling does not restore them or automatically restore notifications, shared links or disconnected Apple sign-in access. Once erasure has begun, cancellation is no longer available.

If you cannot use the app, visit the account-deletion request page. Follow its identity checks and confirmation steps. Opening the page alone does not request deletion. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; manage that separately in the store that charged you.
